Photo Quality Requirements
Poor photo quality is the most common reason for KYC delays. Follow these requirements to get approved first time.
- Shoot in natural daylight or under a bright ceiling light — no flash directly on the card.
- Place the document flat on a plain dark surface to create contrast.
- All text, including the small print at the bottom, must be sharp and readable.
- Do not crop, rotate, or apply filters to the image before uploading.
- Do not cover any part of the document with your fingers.
- Do not upload a photo of a photo or a scan that has been printed and then re-photographed.
- Do not use images that have been edited in any photo app, even just to crop.
